Patient Care Coordinator
I graduated from Olivet High School and went on to Kellogg Community College, where I earned my Associate’s degree. Professionally, I’ve built a background in both administrative coordination and people-centered work. I spent four years at MassMutual as a Site Coordinator and Agency Licensing Specialist, where I gained strong experience in organization, communication, and supporting teams.
I’ve also worked as a Para Professional in an Upper Autism Spectrum Disorder classroom, which strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to support people with different needs.
Now, I’m a Patient Care Coordinator at Ruther Health & Wellness, where I’m able to combine my administrative strengths with what I enjoy most helping people feel supported and cared for.
All of that experience prepared me well to be a Patient Care Coordinator, because this role requires strong coordination, clear communication, empathy, and the ability to support patients through the process

What do you do for the company:
I help support patients throughout their experience by making sure communication is clear, questions get answered, and the process runs smoothly. I specialize in being a consistent point of support for patients—helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from start to finish.
Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix:
One thing patients deal with that I would love to fix is feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. A lot of patients leave appointments with questions, confusion about the process, or anxiety about what happens next. I want patients to feel supported, informed, and cared for, not stressed or lost
What do you like about working here:
What I like most about working at Ruther Health and Wellness is the positive environment and the people I get to work with every day. Everyone is supportive and works well as a team, which makes a big difference. I also really appreciate Pete and Kelly, my bosses, are wonderful, and they help make the workplace feel welcoming and encouraging. It’s a place where I feel valued, and I enjoy coming to work.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working:
Outside of work, I really enjoy golfing, dog sitting, and just hanging out with friends and family
