PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
I grew up in the small town of Boulder Junction, located in Northern Wisconsin. I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University in Milwaukee and went on to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy there as well. For five years, I competed on Marquette’s Division I Track and Field team, specializing in the 800m.

As a recent graduate, I bring a strong foundation of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, workers’ compensation, and corporate wellness settings. I have since pursued continuing education in Applied Functional Science, 3D Movement Analysis and Performance System, and Chain Reaction Biomechanics.

What do you do for the company:

I bring a unique lens to patient care through my training with the Gray Institute in Applied Functional Science, 3D Movement Analysis and Performance System, and Chain Reaction Biomechanics. I focus treatment on real-life movement patterns, chain reactions, and functional tasks that reflect how people actually move in their daily lives.

Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix:

All too often, patients receive fragmented care that focuses only on individual symptoms or isolated body parts. In reality, the body is an interconnected system and should be treated as such. It is essential to evaluate the entire musculoskeletal chain to determine a personalized plan of care that addresses the root cause of movement dysfunction.

Conditions You Enjoy Treating:

Low back pain; ankle or foot pain/dysfunction

What do you like about working here:

Ruther Health and Wellness really checks all the boxes for me. I value the freedom to provide one-on-one, personalized, and holistic care without the constraints found in a typical healthcare system. Being able to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share a common goal of educating and empowering patients is truly invaluable.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working:

I enjoy anything outdoors—running, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, you name it! I also love to travel and explore new places. I’m always open to coffee shop recommendations!
