We are a small practice in Holland that treats orthopedic and pelvic health under one roof. One-on-one visits, eight patients per therapist a day. That model is the whole point, and it is not negotiable when we hire.

What working here actually looks like

• One patient at a time. No double-booking, no rotating them through a tech.
• A full evaluation before treatment starts, because cause-first assessment takes real time.
• Time and support for continuing education, because the model only works if you keep getting better at it.
• Direct pay plus two insurance contracts, which means treatment decisions are clinical, not administrative.

Who tends to do well here

Clinicians who are curious about why something is happening rather than satisfied with what hurts. People who are comfortable saying they do not know yet and then going and finding out. If you like solving the puzzle rather than blaming the patient, you will recognize this place.
