Stephanie grew up in Boulder Junction, northern Wisconsin. She studied Exercise Physiology at Marquette University and stayed there for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She competed for five years on Marquette’s Division I track and field team in the 800m, so she has been on the other side of a rehab plan.

Her continuing education is with the Gray Institute in Applied Functional Science, 3D Movement Analysis and Chain Reaction Biomechanics.
