Grace Brady

Grace is from West Michigan and works out of our Holland clinic. Most of her experience is in healthcare and patient coordination: working directly with patients, handling scheduling and organizing medical records, and learning the ins and outs of a medical office.

Here she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure patients feel taken care of along the way. She works with patients on scheduling, insurance and the day-to-day details that add up to a positive experience.

She wants healthcare to feel less overwhelming and less impersonal. Patients already have enough to worry about, and she believes clear communication, feeling listened to and knowing someone genuinely cares make a huge difference.

Grace values growth, movement, being present in the little moments, and allowing yourself to fully feel and experience life. Her favorite quote: “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”

What she likes most about Ruther Health + Wellness is the growth, the people and the work, and being part of a team that genuinely cares. Outside work she spends time with friends, goes thrifting and to concerts, and is always looking for a new creative project. A few favorite movies: Mr. Lonely, Life Itself and Hot Rod.
